Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from THC Treasures LLC. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging.
• For health and safety reasons, consumable products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Non-returnable Items

• Opened or used consumables.
• Final sale items or promotional freebies.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist.

How to Start a Return

1. Email thctreasuresofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

• Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping is not refundable unless we made an error.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund after we process it.

Cancellations

• You may request a cancellation any time before the order ships.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.

Charge Timing

We do not bill your credit card until merchandise has shipped.

Keep Your Receipt

Please retain a copy of your transaction receipt for your records.
